Google the heat it up with a hair dryer and hit it with cold compressed air dent repair. Remarkable results. Can't hurt it anyway!

Hmmmm.. the simplest answer is to put one of those bullet hole stickers over the tank ding and tell everyone you got shot at running moonshine for your uncle!!!!

I seen a few running around with big bandaids over the dent. LOL


But to give you a real answer on what I would do,.... I'd have no choice but to make it right, whatever it took.

The ice thing sounded like something worthy of trying.

Paintless dent remover kit paided 19.00 for mine at an auto parts store and have used it a couple of times now on my cars with good results. Kurt

Put one of those bullet hole stickers over the dent. A friend of mine did that to his when he got a small dent in the tank.

Not too expensive. My KTM (massive dirtbike) fell over on my bike and dented up the tank. I had it painted for $200 but that was without the logo. I know it sucks so good luck.
