Default oil question but not a dumb one maybe

I've done a lot of research on this and have found answers both ways. Does synthetic oil actually make your engine run cooler. Or does the bike run the same temprature and the synthetic oil just handle the heat better?

I run synthetic, I guess the true test would be to have oil temp gauge, and run them both to prove it out. Synthetic will protect longer if you miss the chance at an oil change.

However, I read somewhere that black motorcycles go faster...and I did stay at a Holiday Inn Express last night.

Before we get started:
Ok, you thread haters, he didn't mean anything by it, just hit the back button and keep your stupid, tired, played, "horse beating emo" to yourself. Skip it if you hate it and go on to the more important stuff (whatever that may be to get your rocks off).

NO, NO, the back button so you won't have to anguish over telling someone to use the "Search function".

Sorry, Lou, just venting and trying to help.

hey guys I was being serious. I just thought it was interesting question that I can't find the answer to. I was thinking if the engine really doesn't run any cooler and you change your oil at the required intervals, or sooner, why waste good money on synthetic.
