Isn't Hot Leathers a gay leather bar?

They are decent jackets if you don't want to spend a lot of money on one. I have had one for about 3 years and it has been perfectly fine for me.

I have a HL jacket and chaps. The chaps are complete crap. The jacket is definitely on the cheap side but for $99 it is acceptable. That being said I am looking for a better jacket for this fall, preferably one of higher quality leather and has ventilation zippers. The HL jacket gets hot real quick, even at speed.

I've had one for 11 years. Bought it 'cause I could no longer fit any of my old ones, and needed something right now. It is heavy water buff, still has all the original zippers, and overall has held up well. That said, it isn't cut quite right so it doesn't fit as well as a better made jacket might. I'm just too cheap to buy another jacket ...

Of course, quality from 11 years ago might be significantly different than today's versions.

I have a Hot Leather coat and have worn it for the last couple of years. No complaints. Quality is ok and it keeps me warm. Maybe I have low expectations.. but the coat is fine as far as I'm concerned.

After years and years of riding, and picking up leather at various places, rallies, and across the country..... all I can say is, USUALLY you get what you pay for. If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is! Buy quality, the thrill of getting a good deal soon leaves when the reality of what you actually got sets in.....

I agree with this quote. But I do not like the zippers on my jacket. They are a pain and next time I will get something different. If you can afford something a little more get it. It is worth the extra money in the long run.
