Why do "most" Harley riders do not smile?

My thoughts exactly. Not to mention, most riders.... Harley or other brands do not smile when riding (most of the time). Even cagers do not smile while driving unless in conversation or hear something on radio.

Yes, but I've always thought that - long before I ever had a Harley.
To be serious - where did you get the idea people should be riding around smiling all the time like they're retarded or something? I don't see that from people on any brand or style of motorcycle.
I smile when I have some particular reason, but I don't normally walk around looking like that, harley or not. Do you?

Did you ever hear the saying, " It's better to keep quiet and let people think your stupid, than to open your mouth and remove all doubt?".
You should try it.
You should try it.

Although, the day I got my wideglide, I couldnt stop smilin, now theres a reason! New bike.
