OK, being that this is the second marriage for both of us, we decided to spend our honeymoon on a road trip to Poopy's. Never been there but heard lot's of good things about the place.

We're getting married this coming Friday, and we're going to roadtrip down to Savanna, IL and stay at the L&M the following week for a night or two.

Is this a great idea or what?! We're so stoked to be able to tell our friends and family that we're going to honeymoon at Poopy's. They get this blank stare on their faces and say WTF?



P.S. - we kind of already had our honeymoon trip in April when we went to Czech Republic, but Poopy's just sounds like the place to REALLY celebrate a new life! Hehehe!

The only guy I know who is known as "Poopie" got that tag from peeling the wallpaper off a bathroom in Vegas to the point where they had to evacuate the suite for several hours.

go to Iron Horse there in town , I guarantee you will love that place . you can spend hours in there just looking at the old bikes and everything else throughout the bar and there is a chapel on the 3rd level if ya want to tie the knot again lol , great place !! ....poopy's ?? ....its ok

 

The nice lady at the L&M will drive you downtown if you drink, so you don't have to risk riding. Iron Horse saloon has some neat historical bikes. Hope you're riding the river road, it's gorgeous. Congrats.
