It is a common practice around here. Wouldn't be a problem if someone checked those peoples papers but then the fat asses who hire them would have to do their own yards. Either that or pay a genuine living wage for yard work. It is actually against the law in a few places to blow clipping into the roads and rain gutters.----I wonder if it is ever enforced?
