Here in Florida you have the option of having Emergency Contact Info and basic medical stuff added right onto your Drivers License record. I had my info added when I got my endorsement and its easy to update online as needed.. Only LEO's and Hospitals/EMS have access to it.

If I had a serious medical issue I'd wear a medic-alert ID.

If I came upon a crash I'd probably not be looking for their contact or medical information anyway, but calling 911 and let them handle that as they should.

Rather have it and not need it, than need it and not have it. I carry a card in my wallet but I think just as in aircraft, redundancy is a good thing.

I don't live in VA and I rarely wear a helmet but sent them an email anyway asking if they could send me a couple of them.

Thanks for putting this up.
