lol. I actually offered to let her take mine out around the block, but she is still scared of it. I think over time she will be more comfortable

Congrats! I wish mine would take the course, but she's content with me dragging her around.

Congrats to your wife and you for having a new riding partner. Send your wife over to the queens of the road so we can meet her.

Congrats to your wife!

Glad you recognize that it might be advantageous to take the course - now act on it. Hey, I also saved a little on insurance after I told them I took the course (not much, but every little bit helps).

Congratulations to her. My wife got hers last year and now rides with myself and friends regularly and talked me into the Harley experienced rider course which really was good.

Any training is better than none as we can all get better.

My girlfriend took the class and in less than a week this was in my garage. We go out almost every night so she can ride and practice. She is getting comfortable and I have the feeling she is going to get a bigger bike next year.

It was hard for them to break all of their old (and incorrect) riding habits, but said that it was well worth it. You might be surprised at how much more enjoyable (and safe) riding will be after taking it.
That sums me up, I learned a lot, will take it again in two yrs. I highly recommend this to any rider, regardless of how many miles or yrs under your belt.
