Very rare almost unheard of occurrence. Take it to a different dealer and trade it in, maybe they won't catch it right off.

Also check with a reputable independent bike shop in the area for an estimate. Frankly $1200 seems a bit steep to me.

24hrs... a few drips or a puddle? If it's just a few drips just ride the damn thing more often... long shot, but it might seal itself.

As a last resort, pinpoint the area of the leak and take a grinder to it then fill it with some JBWeld (kidding)... lol.

Lastly, **** happens (more to some than others). Grow a pair and figure it out.
