how about an opposed twin "boxer" and shaft drive that WAS NOT BORROWED from BMW?

Slightly molested 76 FX (kick only) Liberty Edition Super Glide. Still have all the original parts that came off of it.

My step dad had one of those. Here he is in Oklahoma after the big one. Notice the Solid Wheels/Solid Windshield on his. His was a Dessert Model built for the war against Rommel.

harley XA-eXperimental Army built in 1942.was almost the bid for the government looking for a motorcycle.for some reason it was replaced with the WLA 45"..it could of been the end of HD if the XA was submitted instead..
i didnt think that bike was ever produced or sold..you learn something all the time..

how many have seen this bike(sorry i cant find a decent picture) amf roadmaster.some of these mopeds came with the harley-davidson name on it. powered by a mccolluk chainsaw motor.it had a drum that rolled against the rear tire to drive it..(major piece of crap)
