1988 FXRS seat styles?
I'm looking at a white FXRS in great shape. It needs a new seat and saddlebags. I remember 1970s seat styles, but not what were cool aftermarket seats in the 80s. Any suggestions?
Also, it is painted sort of like a cafe racer. Anyone know where to get a handlebar- mounted cafe fairing?
Thanks for the help.

Xube, Corbin and Mustang both sell seats for your vintage FXR. I am sure their are others co's too. I'm no help on the cafe fairings as I have never searched for that myself. Good luck with the FXR and post a pic if you buy it - please.

Here's another one Perfomance Machine but they only do the seat and rear fender.

Thanks, Magna and Artlee. Now I've got a clue about Warbirds! I guess the cafe racer thing was popular then. Will post what I get/find. I think this might be a great ride.

FWIW, found a good cafe fairing from Arlen Ness, will need paint to match the bike. And LePera streamlined Daytona has that cafe look. This should come together well. Thanks again for the guidance.
