Anyone ride or race ATV’s (Quads, Four-Wheelers)? I have a 2004 Honda TRX450R that I race XC with. For those of you that don’t know what XC means, it is basically a 2 hour non-stop hare scramble thru the woods, mud, creeks, rocks, whatever! It’s definitely a challenge and somewhat mental game trying to push yourself for that long.

 

I've got a Polaris Predator 500. I don't race, so I wasn't locked into the 450cc requirement. The Pred lugs my fat *** around pretty good. I'm not as young as I used to be, so I've got a fairly good grip on the mortality thing, plus I just don't like pain, so I ride fairly conservatively. Except in the dunes. The dunes are a blast, and I do tend to get carried away in them.

I race xc also, ride a yfz 450, Mid-East hare scrambles.

 

I have 2 Polaris 4x4 atvs....one 500 and one 700 for trail riding

 

Yamaha 660R Raptor is my other ride. Too old and worn out to do any racing on it, but sure enjoy zipping around the sand dunes like SoCalRoadGlide.

Had several, just sold my 800 polaris and bought a Tony Stewart LE Arctic cat, my son and I belong to a trail riding group.

 

have a honda now,,, but used to race mid 80,s.. MX, TT, flat track, and Ice

 

raced a 88 Banshee super cross for one year and it was a blast. did some flat track too...... fun stuff.

 

I just sold my Polaris 500. Never raced but, climbed a few mountain trails.

 

To old to race anymore but still love ripping up the dunes on my 89 250R
