No mods are made for resale. I say build what you want. I bought my eglide with intent of full paint, mods and what I wanted

Great paint job. You'll be able to tell your Streetglide from everyone else's now!

 

LOL! I hope so! HD sold a **** pot full of 2009 and 2010 StreetGlides in Red Hot Sunglo. At least now I will know which one to swing my leg over when I go outside to ride. thanks!

Who gives a **** about resale? Seriously, a bike is not an investment, from the moment you plop that money down it is a money pit that will decrease in value every day.

I don't buy bikes for investments, I just put an S&S super E shorty on my bike and plan on doing Cams, big bore etc... waste of money to some I know I'll never get it back if I do sell the bike (no plans to), but I enjoy the bike with the mods and I enjoy doing them.

The entire point of the bike is enjoyment and to keep you sane, not to limit the miles and not change it to suit you so you can get a better resale. People overly concerned about resale of the bike are missing the point IMO. When you buy a bike with the mindset of selling it you shouldn't buy it, just think about what you really want then go buy that and keep it.

That said I dig the paint job, looks good.

 

The artwork looks fantastic. Congrats and props to the painter.

 

I think he did and awesome job on the paint. It is your bike and who cares what anyone else thinks. Are they the ones riding it? NO! Are they paying for it? NO! Paint is definitely high up on my list. Hopefully over the winter. Your bike is now different than every other one of the same color.

 

im not keen on the "flame" thing, but i have to say it looks like a fantastic job they did for you.
