Instead of wasting money on new ad campaign to lure youngsters (who aren't interested) why not improve product reliability and service?

Not hardly. Racine HD has always bent over backwards to make sure the work on my bikes was done properly and timely and from other people I know they are treated the same way. I do as much maintenance as I can on them and the service writers and techs have all been most helpful if I have questions about something as are the parts guys. Had problems with the thermostat for my heated gear, when I took it in I told Nicole what I had done to check it, after checking my sales date she handed me a new one and I was out the door. You are treated like family there Oh yeah and they wash the bike

I don't know about warranty work, because I bought my 2003 last year from Racine HD, with 2k miles. Bike ran great, I didn't buy a warranty. Had 5k service at Al Muth HD, Black River Falls, WI. 10k Northern Lights, Arbor Vitae, WI.
Everyone treated me top notch@fair price. Maybe it's a Wisconsin thing.

bought my last two bikes at Racine. Even though I live very close to the house, I wont even walk in there. Hals has been great for service. That means I get my bike serviced fast and its done right everytime. The video had to be about the Ducati or BMW, Moto Guzzi or Aprilla, Moto Morini or KTM dealerships. Now how about that Friday happy hour!
