I have been using S100 for years on all my motorcycles and it has always done what they advertise, cleans well, cleans effectively. I have always followed the simple instructions printed on each container of the stuff. S100 is PRIMO
Okay...so I admit that I didn't follow instructions to the T (although I did make sure it was 100% cool)...probably my mistake; but I am still reluctant to use it now given my results. I guess to each his own.

Same here 7 years years on the Train no spotting or discoloring of paint. Use per instructions no issues. Hell use it on my boat truck and kids bikes.

I follow instructions on cleaners. I also read labels. Anything that says total cycle cleaner and rinse immediately gets special attention. OP your posting this may save someone else some trouble.

S100 smells like the acid boat hull cleaners that tell you not to use it more than once a year, or you will damage your Gel Coat. Why anyone would intentionally spray Acid on a bike they care about is beyond me?

And I followed the directions to a T, when S100 etched my engine. So you guys who are jumping all over the OP are rude. And probably fat from being too lazy to wash your bike properly.

After I sprayed and washed, I noticed that my new handlebars had started spotting. It finally came to me, S100 totally screwed up my bike and ate up the gloss finish. There's nothing I can do now, but my review of S100 is it sucks.
Read the instructions!
