Thoughts on this 2 tone color RK

You know I'd rather play devil's advocate, but I would buy it if I wanted an RK. Paint job is sharp. Bike looks well cared for. Make hin an offer he can't refuse. Pay a dealer for a pre-purchase inspection, if you have any reservations.
Whenever I've shopped for a bike I've tried to keep a fairly open mind, regarding color scheme, w/ a short list of favorites to guide me. My first Harley (new '89 FXRS) was all black w/ a red pinstripe. When I found my '09 FXDC I had been looking for a very similar replacement--Vivid Black & Pewter Pearl w/ red pinstripe was close enough and looked good, to me. The TC96 6-spd and good price ($9k in 2010) settled it. Came w/ owners manual, duplicate original keys & fobs.
When you see this RK you'll know if it's the right one, for you.

Through these old eyes I don't like the white paint on the sides.
If the colors were flipped, What's white-make it black, and whats black-make it white, it would IMO look a lot better with WW tires.
Here is what I mean.
The paint on above bike just flows and looks better to me.
