Barebones seat better hurry!
Ordered a Le Pera Barebones with biker gel about a week ago, JP Cycles said 4-6 weeks for delivery. Not a big deal, I was cool with the stocker for a bit longer....until this morning I go out to the shed to grab a tool and noticed my roommate's f*cking dog had chewed up my seat. I love dogs and all but a part of me wanted to put my 1911 to the back of it's head and pull the trigger! Looks like black duct tape until my new one comes in

Too bad about your original seat...after 100 miles on the Bare Bones you're going to need it again. They call it bare bones because it feels like your bones are in direct contact with the frame...and it simulates riding a rigid frame.

Yeah, I have a similar problem with my wife's cats. They used to love getting up under the cover and using my custom Le Pera for their own personal bed and scratching post. Started having to pay my dealer, 7 minutes away, to park it before it got to bad. It's a pain because I have to work around the dealer's schedule, and I don't ride as much because of it, but until I get a shed built, to keep the cats out, this is the compromise I'm stuck with...
