LBJ freeway between I-35 and Central Exp. between 3:00 and 6:00 pm. Mon-Fri. Haha
Besides that I would have to agree with the Coronado Trail in Eastern Arizona is a beautiful ride. Hard to single out a fav though. The Talimena Scenic Byway in the fall would be near the top of my list.

Blue Ridge Parkway for me. Ridden almost all of it over several trips. Nothing fancy or fast just relaxed and beautiful!

I forget the Rte. # but the road thru Shasta/ Trinity Nat'l Park in northern Calif. and I also enjoyed Hwy. 93 , Icefields Pkwy. in Alberta. Two of the best roads I've been on., for scenery. The nice thing about the Natl forest is it's similar to the dragon with gentler curves and there's nobody on it.

Curvy roads - Hwy 28 north out of Franklin, NC (beats the heck out of the Dragon)

Overall riding experience - The Blue Ridge Parkway (especially from Asheville to Cherokee)

This is the one that does it for me. The Beartooth Highway is the section of U.S. Highway 212 between Red Lodge, Montana and Cooke City, Montana. It traces a series of steep zigzags and switchbacks, along the Montana-Wyoming border to the 10,947 ft (3,337 m) high Beartooth Pass. The approximate elevation rise is from 5,200 ft
