Default Test fit on Black Friday!

I'll be headed to my local dealership "1 hour away" to check out the Iron 883 and a Dyna. Probably going to walk away a new Harley owner.

Reason I'm posting is because I'm wondering if there is anything I should look out for.

Thanks again in advance.

Watch out for all the coin you will spend after you buy your new bike. It's kinda like crack. Once you do that 1st Mod, you'll be hooked. Chasing the dragon is term my Ex OL crack addict use to use to describe it.

A lot of guys end up spending more on Mods than they did originally on the bike itself.

Let us know what you end up getting and remember. If there ain't any pictures, it didn't happen.

Yea that. The exact reason I'll never buy a brand new bike. I have a serious problem with not being able to leave anything alone, and I'll be damned if I'm dumping thousands into a bike I just dropped $15K on..lmao

Yea the dealer has some shiny stuff and its there right for ya pickin. However, get a big ol thick Dennis Kirk and JP cycles catalogue. I'm in the same boat- I'm n Alaska and have a whole 7 months before I can comfortably ride again. There are some good deals, so read here first and ask q's before your get something from the stealership

If you need financing check out a credit union
Think through extended warranties. I have heard they run concurrently with the factory warranty. Ie... If you get a three year extended year warranty you are only getting one extra year since the factory warranty is two years. Chech this out as I may be wrong on this as I haven't bought new bur am trying to recall what I have read... Mostly on this forum.

If I can offer you any advice on a bike purchase....it's pay cash for it. You'll be much better off in the longrun.
