Have them on an 883 sportster... much better ride than stock (sportster low) and much lower.

If all you want is to lower it they will do that. As a "shock" they leave a lot behind, they only provide about 1.5 " of travel and the dampening is minimal. They are now made by progressive and are on a par with their entry level shocks. There are a lot of better quality shocks out there that can be found in 11" - 12" lengths

DEFINTELY a stiff ride, but I"m ok with them.
Had them for just under 2 years.

Drop-blocks are cheaper and keep a softer ride...is what we did to my wife's new Streetglide.
But moving the bottom point of the struts back does affect cornering at higher speeds....nothing that would bother her, but when I ride her bike in familiar fast corners, I can feel it.

So if you're into fast cornering, they're great. If you're into comfort over cornering & mostly do highways.....blocks might be a better choice to get that 2" drop.

Bought my first bike last Saturday and it has this setup. Love it, however i dont even know what a stock one rides like. I dont mind a stiff ride, in the performance car world, this is still super comfortable compared to what im used to.

For the money you cant beat it, Just stay away from the burly clutch cables.
