Default Ape Hangers and the Law question.
I just installed 18" Carlini Ape Hangers on my Fatboy, which are about eye level, and had a quick question about what's legal and what's not.

Bike is registered in PA where I see that Ape Hangers are legal, can I still receive a summons in different state that has Ape Hanger restriction?

Yeah, you have to abide by the laws of the state that you're in.

Each state is different and the attitudes of the LEO's may vary state by state

Those are some tall apes! Looks good. Lots of places will give you a ticket for having them above your shoulders. That's how it is where I'm from.
