Congratulations on the new Fat Boy.
If you are a novice, the best way to get use, to the feel of your bike, is to practice stopping and then turning. Anyone can ride a motorcycle in a straight line.
Find a residential area where you can ride a block or two, come to a stop, turn left or right and repeat that several times, each day, before you take offfor yournormal ride.
Remember that you are invisible while riding a bike.
