Welcome to the forum. American Harley in Leominster is a small family run dealer that used to give the best deals, especially to LEO's or military. I bought my bike there in 2009 and the last I heard from someone about a year ago, they are still great to deal with. Also in 2009 Cape Cod Harley was MSRP only with typical dealer add ons. But they have good people working there and seem to have a real active HOG chapter. I do my own maintenance so I can't speak about service departments.

I would second American Harley in Leominster. Have had good luck with them. They gave me the best deal on my Fatbob. Only had my first service done there. (Was included in the deal.) Everything else, I've done myself.

I agree with American HD.
I actually didn't get my bike from them, but the only reason is that when I got mine, the only place that had exactly what I wanted was Laconia HD, and this was prior to bike week and Laconia doesn't do dealer-dealer transfers until after. American would have had to order.
But, I have gotten plenty of parts and stuff from there, and they are good people.

First, welcome.
For new, Precision in RI. I use them and have always treated me right.
Sheldon's in Auburn Ma. Same as above
Minuteman in Dartmouth was good from a sales perspective but service sucks, and since the sales mgr left so doesn't sales.
For used, Todd's in Bellingham Ma.
Good luck

I have to go with Sheldon's in Auburn. I bought my girlfriend an 883 Iron from them as a Christmas gift last year. They are the only dealership that would even communicate with me via the internet when I first started asking about pricing. I got my Low Rider from Precision in May 2006 but when I asked them for pricing for the Iron they didn't respond. One would think that a returning customer would get better treatment than that but I guess I'm wrong about that. Anyway, give Sheldon's a try and ask for Jane. She was helpful and easy to work with and not pushy for the final sale.
