Default Man is going to be buried on his 1967 Electra Glide

A man in Mechanicsburge Ohio will be buried astride his 1967 Electra Glide in a large Plexiglas casket he said that the H.D. helped him retain his sense of adventure and wanted to ride it to heaven. He bought 3 extra burial plots next to his wife to put it in ahead off time it all goes into a cement tank to accommodate him and the bike he died Sunday of lung cancer at the age of 82.

I think that's awesome. The trophys in the plexi casket are apparantly from his days as a rodeo rider. I gather he had a good life.

You gotta respect a guy's last wishes. I guess he didn't subscribe to the idea of "you can't take it with you".

When my time comes, I figure to leave my bike here in the earthly domain... for my son, grandson or someone else. Figured once I reached my higher plateau, there would be something even better than an HD waiting there for me.

Live to ride ... Ride to live. But what if you are dead ?

Well, have good ride to heaven (or hell). RIP fellow rider

You got me thinking. What if you go up there and it turns out they give you a Honda. Or a Victory! I start to see the man' concern here, he had a point! Better bring your own bike up there, you never know LOL

Selfish old bastard.

He could have passed it on to someone else to enjoy.

They have helmet laws in heaven?

And yeah. I think he should have left it to somebody else.

There is no way that plexi holds up. The tons of dirt will collapse that in. In the end, his beloved bike will be destroyed instead of loved and enjoyed by another.
