Water in Fuel / Corroded tanks?

This is all good info, thank you very much. In the marine industry, there's really not anything in the fuel delivery system that can rust. We don't like to assume, so we ask questions, going where we hope to get the best info (that'd be here at HDforums).
btw, every drop of pump gas sold in the US has a corrosion inhibitor as part of the basic additive package. Gas is like motor oil - you start with the base package (neat gas or base motor oil) to which you add the add pack ('additives') that will determine what it does. We ran NACE corrosion tests on gnarly cheap gas from a Stop & Rob nearby and it got an A+ rating.
