I used to work for Oakley, they are still made here, in Orange County California. Though, they were bought out by luxotica while I was there. Still, those polycarbonate (plutonite) lenses are impressive when it comes to stopping **** from getting in your eyes. They will literally stop shotgun birdshot pellets.

Since Romeo mentioned it, it's true, Idaho is definitely more 'merican than California.

I stay with Decot. And they HAVE stopped shotgun pellets. One reason shooting glasses make perfect riding glasses,they stay on your face,don't bounce around,quick change lenses let you carry a pair and switch tints for bright sun,overcast,night riding,with optimum visual clarity. And nothing gets through them.
