my PAPOY just arrived
There was a sequence in the movie Despicable Me - where the minions interpreted in their language the word "toy" as "papoy".
I found it hilarious at the moment and I knew instantly that my next toy will need to be baptized and will bear this name.
So after about 10 months of intensive searching - contacting lots of inflexible dealers (to the extent of harassment), following Kijiji and other sites - I found PAPOY - an all silver 2010 Road King Classic.
The deal was absolutely amazing - the guy was asking $17,500 I offered $13,500 and we shook hands at $14,000.
Long story short - he is moving out of the province and sells everything.
The bike - was initially bought in April 2011 - and this February when I took her to the inspection at a dealership - it had only 11,500 km. At the service I asked for full inspection and they confirmed that the bike runs like new and no sign of any imminent things to be repaired/replaced/adjusted.
Another bonus - I got 4 and a half years of extended service plan balance remaining from it's initial 7 - included in the price.
My very first Harley ....wow.
Runs great, and it is impressive.
I ride it with combined pleasure+respect+care+you name it. I live in North Toronto - and my friend who is going to be riding the other bike (Deluxe) from the photos - he lives in Burlington. Nice riding scenario in between these 2 cities if you don't take highways.
I feel lucky hiving Papoy home.
I hope she'll be faithful and will return the care and joy I have for it.
If anyone is around, I'm open to team up.
Cheers
Rudy

Nice bike !. Had a '06 RKC in the same color. Let the spending rule you from now and on. The seat and handlebar sucks. First Things First, They gotta go...Replaced mine with Ultra seat and Beach Handlebar.
Enjoy,
