Default Installing a quick detach sissy bar on an Electra Glide Standard?

I'm going to install a quick detach sissy bar for my wife on my new to me 03 Electra Glide Standard. It currently has no docking kit installed. There are two docking kits available, front and rear. Do I need one or both to install the sissy bar? What if I decide to install a Tour Pak later, do i need one or the other or both? Any help is greatly appreciated.

Got all 4, installed, trying to find a Tour Pak or King Pak that won't break the bank. Wife is fine with the sissy bar for now.
