Hey guys, I have a 1992 Sportster 1200 and I'm trying to remove the primary cover and cant get it off! I removed all of the bolts holding it on and clutch lever. Cover was loose but i couldnt get it to pull off. And it doesnt have a derby cover so I am also unable to figure out how to remove the cable from clutch. What am i doing wrong?? Thanks in advance.

 

You need to back off the primary chain adjuster most likely. Its the threaded rod with the nut.
