Fat Boy 2015 flstf rear axle tensioners
Hi I have a noise in my rear wheel seems to be from the left hand side ,went to the dealer (only 7 thousand miles on the bike) they said it could be the pulley or the bearings ,
anyway they swapped out both and here I am 400 miles later with the same sound ,Its a dry rubbing noise that comes in after a couple of miles not straight away.
One thing I noticed yesterday is one of the axle tensioners is some 1mm shy of making contact with the axle, the left site is in contact.
I called the dealer and they said that the tensioner probably came loose and they will tighten it .
I asked for the rear wheel alignment to be completely checked again, but havent heard back from them ,what do you think? anyone got any ideas please its driving me mad

not to say this is the cause but i have seen this adjuster snafu before and it was human error. when adjusting the wheel for tension and alignment, it is better to have drag in the assy, the reason? it seems that if there is too much looseness, when the axle is pulled to torque, sometimes the axle will alter position and you get that spacing. it is just me, but i will always pull back (or push against) the axle adding loading to it and if i miss the mark, go back to zero for another try, i do not just beat the wheel back a little and re-adjust, just saying, like a guitar string better to pull to pitch than dropping to pitch do to machine error!
