Superstisions are created by people who want to control your mind and take your money.

Dude, you are way over thinking this. Keep it or throw it away. No biggie either way. And yeah, I have a bell on my bike.

Default Bell

So funny because I bought a Bell for my mom while I was in Las Vegas for her Harley Electa Glide and her ex boyfriend sold the bike on her because it was in his name and left the bell I bought for her on it. I know it's not the same bike, but, I kinda wish it was so I could get her bell back for her. That's ok, I'll buy her a new one.

The kid next door asked me what it was when he saw it hanging under the bike.....I told him it was the alarm system and that i'd hear it if someone tried to move the bike. His puzzled look was priceless.

Those are the ones who bought their own bell.

Do not run more than one bell. You do not want too much good luck.
None of this applies to softail riders, who need all the luck they can get. The moco knows this and installs two gremlin bells at the factory. In an effort not to alienate non-superstitious riders, they call them shock absorber mounting bolt washers.
