Guys,
Have seen a couple of posts about rides in the Minnesota/Wisconsin area. One was the Flood run April 16th and another is the "Defrost yer Nutz" run. This Sat. April 9th out of the Mallieu Inn in North Hudson, WI.

Would be good to start another thread for rides in the Minneapolis Twin cities/Hudson (western Wisconsin) area. Never know who will show up, but I have met lots of really nice folks just going on rides. Anybody out there?

 

I try to go on both the spring and fall flood runs.Never been on the "frosty nuts"ride.Sounds like weather is supposed to improve on sunday

 

Lookin like sunny and 70ish all weekend next weekend for the flood run. I'll be there with my club.

 

Never done the Flood run. Going to try and make it with my brother in law. 70's sounds great.

 

Temps not looking so good for the defrost your nuts run. So I'll probably be doing the flood run as well.

 

I'm planning on the spring Flood Run and I do the "Chad Smith ride for life" out of Saint Michael in June (18 this year). No other plans other than riding to Sturgis.

 

These are always the dates for the (spring) Defrost yer Nutz & the (fall) Frost yer Nutz rides.

What's kind of cool about these two rides, the route changes from one ride to another. Maps are kept a secret and only given out on the Sat morning of the ride at the Mallieu Inn in North Hudson,WI

We always try to do both this & the Floodrun's, but with the weather as it is, we may wait until the April 16th Spring Floodrun. This cold weather Sucks!
