Hi all. Started Wednesday at 4:00 AM and made it to Denver at around 10:00 PM. Left Denver 6:30 AM Thursday and arrived in Las Vegas at around 7:30 PM. 1800 miles in two days. It was cold as heck leaving Chicago, but by the time I hit Nebraska it cleared up and the rest of day one was just pretty boring - mostly hauling *** and looking forward to going through the mountains. Day two was way cool. Lots and lots of 80 mph sweepers with awesome scenery and plentiful sunshine. I think I finally got 'er broke in. Got some nice pics to share for anyone interested. More to come.... I still have to get back home by Wednesday.

 

Some people will do anything to get out of this crummy Chicago weather ! Just saw the guy and the bike in those pics less than a week ago and now both are way the hell out in Vegas.

Man 1,800 miles in two days,that's cranking ! Great to see you and the EGmade it out there ok... You'll be missed this Saturday when we're takng that last sip of hot coffee at the Marengo Mc Donalds and hitting Rt 20 with Sunny skies and 37 degree temps...[sm=crossbonesgif.gif]

1000 in 24 hours or 1500 in 36 hours are the beginning points and they go up from there. Need start and end witness forms and time stamped receipts from gas stops.
