Took a little trip up tp Wellsboro, Pa. over the week-end. It was about 500 miles round trip. We traveled on only 2 lane roads and run around 55 to 60 mph when possible. The terrain is very mountainous. Several little towns to ride through. Maintained rpm no lower than 2300 to 2400 rpm using gearing to maintain. Gas milage ranged from 35 mpg to 41 mpg.

 

That's not bad at all. I quit worrying about milage. I just ride. I get about 150 miles give or take a few on a tank. Same as hubby on his Ultra. 150 miles, give or take. Of course, he carries one less gallon than I do.
