Very nice videos Don but if I showed them to my wife, I'm sure she'd hint about going there. She loves east Texas with the trees but add the mountains...I'd be in trouble.

And I was wondering about your helmet too.

 

I mean for winter old man. You ride year round or put it to bed at the first snow? Hard for me to gauge winter here when its still in the high 80's.

 

I'll ride til they salt the roads. We have a couple rides scheduled this weekend and I'm heading out with a couple buds tomorrow.

I have to admit the mountains were a bit nerve wracking at first. I'll upload some of the first ones tomorrow from the Rocky Mountain National Park west of Loveland, Co. Some of the switchbacks were fun.

 

I'd like to do Colorado and New Mexico. So many great roads.

 

My son lives in Denver and met us in Loveland. Last summer the wife and I picked him up and we drove up Pikes Peak in a tiny rental car. I'd like to hit that on my bike some time too.

 

Nice work. Will be fun to watch in Winter.
