Time to winterize your bike.....
You'll find some interesting tips in this thread....
Winterize / Winter storage
Wait a minute: this idea just popped up into my head...You could transform your bike into something like this....

...to go up North to participate in the Canadian Mascot Run.
Ride safe!

That's the ticket.....lol
Not quite ready to wrap it up, but the days are getting shorter and the sun is sitting at a different angle in the sky making 60 degrees just a bit cooler. That is when we get days like that. They do come, just further and farther between.

Update #5
Great to hear you guys worked it all out. Kudos so far!
The last hour I sent 16 PMs to Forum members in the Winnipeg area to ask them if they are willing to participate in this Mascot project as well.
Next update to follow soon I hope!
Cheers,

Thanks for chiming in
According to your surname your roots have to be Dutch I guess?
Here's what you could do:
Please get in contact with forum member uncle bo to coordinate a handover in Portage la Prairie. From there you could carry the Mascot into the Winnipeg area. If you look at the map you'll find some members' locations East of Winnipeg.
I'm trying to get in contact with them in order to coordinate the Mascot to move towards the Thunder Bay Area. Perhaps you know some more forum members from that area who are willing to participate or ride with you?
Cheers,
René

I don't mind picking it Up wherever. Calgary is fine. I don't really care where I pick it up and drop it off. I can grab it at some point this week then roll. If someone wants to figure out the logistics I am good for a 1000 km day.
