Jeff and I are going to meet at the Fort Pierce exit off 95/Turnpike on Wednesday at around 6pm or 8pm, depending on his wife. I'm coming up from Delray solo, so anyone that wants to join in for any part of that ride of course is more than welcome! Dedjr, I'll be motoring right on past Palm Bay if you want to jump in!

Now I just need to know where it goes next. Like I said, I'm good Sat or Sunday nearly any time. My wife likes when I get out of the house...it's quiet so she can study!

EDIT, I'm not going past Palm Bay...I'm going past Palm City...I always get those screwed up. Doh!

 

Here's what I understand will happen this weekend and next week; your feedback on this planning is much appreciated:

Until now I haven't got any confirmation on:

• the timing & location for the handoff to uklauren 09/05/2012
• the Key West trip by uklauren & Steevo 09/08+09/2012
• the schedule on the Delray Beach ==> Lake Wales stage (not before 09/12/2012) from flagir
• the schedule on the Lake Wales ==> New Port Richey stage (not later than 09/15/2012) from Just Dave
• the 09/15/2012 Crystal River G2G from sofadog

 

If the Keys trip is still going on Saturday, than Lauren and I will shove off together from Delray and head down south with the Mascot and pass it off to whomever is taking it to the next leg. If the Keys trip is NOT going on Saturday (the 8th) then I'm 100% on replacing it with almost anything to move it along either the 8th or the 9th.

 

Actually, FXD, the timing for the Daytona pickup is confirmed as 1200.

As for the Wednesday, 05 Sept, leg, I will be taking the mascot south to the junction of I95 and the Florida turnpike, where I will handoff to Wakko47 at, tentatively, 1800.

If anyone is interested in riding up to Destination with me on Sunday, you're more than welcome.

I plan on leaving Melbourne around 1000-1015. I'll be taking I95 up so as to make sure I get there before 1200 (I hear the mascot gets cranky if you make it wait too long ), but coming back I think I'll just tool along US1 for a leisurely ride home.
