have you run any auto tune sessions? your a/c and pipe combo is known to cause a lean condition when installed with no tuning product. the canned map from VH may not be enough to correct for your personal set up. save your current calibration then try to run a couple of auto tune sessions and see if that doesn't get things any better.

Just ran an autotune session yesterday- Fairly quick one, I know they say to run a full tank through it but wanted to try it out. It is better, I think I will run a full tank through it and figure it out. Here's a video of idle and some light throttle after the autotune, It sounds acceptable to me, but I'm still getting some hesitation out of that rear cylinder. Thanks for the help everyone.

For the record, I did switch injectors between the two with no change. Thanks for the suggestion, though!
