Turning on the key there’s no fuel pump wine, checked fuse and rely. One middle pin was broke off relay. Replaced and still no luck. Checked voltage going to the plug on fuel pump plate and it has 13v going to it. Also no reading on the fuel gauge and “r Lo” on the speedometer. Bike sat for a year & tank was dry. Any advice? 2008 crossbones

 

have you tried ot add 1/2 gallon of new fuel to get off R Low?

 

yes. Added 3 gallons. Just got the pump out and the back of the plate and everything had a layer of chalk on it from dried fuel I’m guessing. Filter on bottom of pump was also disintegrated. Ohlm reading on pump is 90 with it pulled out. From my research that’s what it should read at half tank?

 

Best to replace everything fuel sat in including hoses and fittings due to rot.
Dealers should have a list of stuff needing to replace for an EFI bike that’s been sitting for a long time..

If you look at the relays you can see that the normally closed contact is not used. It is not unusual for relays to have that pin missing.
