$57 each at Zanottis........keep pushing the dealer till it aint worth $100 anymore. I'm doing the complete stage1 with sert, injectors, slipons, AC and dyno tune. Then I know I'll be happy. But, I think my dealer will get me the injectors under warranty. If they do, I'll give em the dyno job for 4 hours at $75/hr. I think that's a nice trade off.

I came home from work today and got on the bike and it fired off the first time so I guess the CVO injectors they put in yesterday at the dealer fixed the problem. I rode about 70 miles yesterday and it ran good but had to wait until today to see if it fixed the cold start problem, and it did.

Have you ever heard the old saying "The squeeky wheel gets the grease"

Every time you have a start problem, every time it coughs, every time, Well you get the point.

You can stop in at the dealer and make him write a ticket on it. You can call Harley Davidson tech support and tell them what it's doing and they will create an incident report.

At some point down the road even if they can't get it to do it in their presence you will get them replaced.

Did they start putting the CVO injectors in after a certain date at the factory?

my dealer replaced injectors with no problem. i would let your hd service maneger know you want it documented that you were having the cold starts and stumble problem and you brought the bike in for the injector fix and they refused that way when a cager runs you over when you stall the bike the hold some responsability for not fixing the problem. kinda alot of drama but it will get their attention. i believe the factory started replacing all injectors mid-feb. production. i hope they dont wait for somebody to die to issue a recall. DO NOT PAY TO GET INJECTORS REPLACED
