Default Using Power Commander is Rear Cylinder #1 or #2 for fuel trim?

Hello,
I am trying to fine tune my bike with a Power Commander PCIII USB and can't find in my manual any reference to which cylinder is #1 or #2.
Any help would be appreciated. I just installed true duals and Stage 1 Big Sucker Filter and Screaming Eagle Slash Cut Up Mufflers...IT SOUNDS AWESOME!!!! Not too loud at cruise but man does it bark if I want it to!
I just have to work out the decel backfire on the rear cylinder.

Keep The Rubber Down!

On HD models with throttle cables cyl 1 is rear, cyl 2 is front. On fly by wire models it is just the opposite. 2008 Baggers using PCIII usb will use the front cyl as cyl 1 and the rear as cyl 2.

What is funny is that it is not in the manuals. You came to the right place for the Info though.

Rear is number 1 as stated above.

Default Thank you for the info!!!!!!!!!!

It is silly they label them #1 and #2 by Dynojet but Harley just calls them front and rear! I knew the answer would be found here!
