Default Stock ECU AFR controler

I am in the process putting together a "plug -n-play" unit to control the stock AFR in the following value:
Percent BIAS LAMBDA AFR Blink
100% 500 0.993 14.6 1
90% 556 0.986 14.5 2
80% 625 0.980 14.4 3
72% 694 0.973 14.3 4
67% 746 0.966 14.2 5
65% 769 0.959 14.1 6
63% 794 0.952 14.0 7
62% 806 0.946 13.9 8
61% 820 0.939 13.8 9
60% 833 0.932 13.7 10
59% 847 0.925 13.6 11

From what information I've obtained HD TC engines were designed with lean condition in mind. Of course as the voltage increase the richer the AFR is and mpg will go down. The testing I've done so far is on my 07 RKC with converted stock exhuast to true dual with Zippers hi-flow air cleaner.
