I'm getting conflicting information on two codes my FLHT threw. PO131 and PO151. O2 sensors low. 1. they never fail together. 2. Its the system relay. 3. It almost never fails. How do I relate these trouble codes to repairs?

 

I have a 98 WideGlide. So I was having the same issue and replaced everything starting with the coil, wires, and spark plugs. Then I replaced the timing sensor, and then the ECM. Even took the time to rebuild the carb. After weeks of fungleing around with it, I was about to trade in for another bike, when my parts guy told me there was a crank position sensor. I had to wait for the part, but after I got it, installed it, and put everything back in, the bike started. The codes were still in the old computer, (I reinstalled it after she started), I had to clear them and see if they were still there. Now I just have to wait for the computer to recalibrate.
The crank position sensor was my problem, try replacing it, it may be the problem. I hope this helps.

So my bike won't allow me to clear my tssm issue, keeps saying no rsp. Replaced battery and it will not start up...red key light stays on. Bike turns on, headlight and brake light come on, no signals response and starter won't go. Bike is demobilized. Getting super frustrated, as I've been dealing with this and working on it for 2 weeks now.

AND you should of started a new thread on this problem, would get a lot more responses and help.

 

It's all on...every step taken through all forums. Think it's the tssm. Because signals don't work and the alarm will not engage in any way...brand new battery, new fuses but the alarm just won't even chirp when bike is turned off. Red key light just stays on.

 

Have a dealer hook up their diagnostic tool to it.

 

No Resp from TSSM, no start etc... TSSM failure or wires in/out of the TSSM.
