RE: harley race tuner
Yes, do as OSE suggested...... You will like it until you get it dialed in......
As far as the shop time, you have already recieved some very good advice.....
DIY!!!!!! It is not hard to do at all.....
Basic hand tools, an hour and half of your time, but more important, the feeling of one with your bike.....

Thanks Bob,
I can do the exhaust and a/c swap no problem.
However, I do not have a laptop to install a SERT or have access to a trailer,
What harm can I do to the engineif I have to ride (one hour on thehighway)the newly configuredbike to the tuner for SERT install?
Thanks.

I maxed out the bias tables and mine ran great for a few day's then started running ragged... Maybe due to the cold weather??? I checked the plugs and it was way rich. I then just rasied the bias about 10 points above the standard setting and thats where it has stayed... Pipes not red anymore, and seems to be ok.. When the weather returns to normal I'll be headed to the dyno
I wouldn't drive a hour with a bike that lean... maybe do everything but the air cleaner, get it to the dealer and install the air cleaner in the parking lot before they download??? It will still be lean, but shouldn't be super lean.. Just my thinking, Listen to the experts on here...

No saying how it will run.... can tell you this though, your AFV will be maxed out......
It might run okay, but there the problem lies....
Me, I tell customers to not do it, as if there is a problem, and they are riding it in to the shop, forbid if something happens and then it is on the customers shoulders to bear.... No warrenty claim at all......
Might just have to bite the bullet, and have a TRUSTED and competent shop do the work.....
My .02 worth of advice....
