Fired my '03 Fat Boy up this morning got her onto the road and she just shut down..thought maybe the gas gauge might be off, so I put petro in her..still wouldn't start..then we pushed her fast and put it in gear and it started..I figured it must've been out of gas and that it just needed time for the EFI to get gas to the pistons..

Unfortunately, when I got it home and shut it down, it wouldn't restart..turns over fine..brand new 2-day old battery..any ideas?

 

03.. have you checked the spark plugs to see if they're getting fire?
