crane Hi -4
New guy on the block Custom92
I have a 92 FXRS kind of tricked out. Im running a crane HI-4 single fire dual plug heads, with a dynatek coil made for four plugs.
the rear cylinder at random will skip ,misfire and throw flames.
It will then run fine for 3 or 4 minutes then back to the same problem. I have solderd all cnnections checked my grounds checked for wire chafing and replaced plug wires.
can anybody figure this one out. PS HI-4 is in the cone.

RE: crane Hi -4
Assuming you've done a compression check, and put in new plugs and wires.
Spray water on the coil. If it gets worse, get a new coil.
Spray water on the multiplug connectors. If it gets worse, pull them apart, dry with a blow dryer. Seal the back of the plugs with silicone. Use dialectric grease on the plug bodies.
If the above doesn't work, get a new ignition.
