    they have the yearly "run to the dam" ride alot of bikes there then, just be carefull when out riding the hills alot of off canter turns.alot of action on the main drag at the dam. lots of good riding down there. if you ever get the chance take the ride from alton ill. up the river road , cross over the river to hannabil and come down the missouri sideback down to hwy. 70and then continue to the lake, about 250 miles but what a nice ride some of the highest points in the state.

    just retired from local 1 last march, it's great so far. out on my bike alot. work is not to good here right now alot of people on the bench right now. 38 years in the bizz, and i'm done,YOO-HOO! hope the next 38 on good ones for everybody.
