Nope those bars are a direct swap as long as you but the one inch risers on them. I did loosen the clamp on the left hand side but that was it.

As far as lowering, I used the $20 ebay deal! Just lowering bolts but I set the pre-load up high so it rides like stock. You just got to take it easy around corners or you will grind.

Hey. Those are the stock bars. They're okay as far as comfort but I'll change them some day. Likely beach bars but apes are pretty cool looking too.
