Hey man was seeing you used to have a 05 night train your bike looked sick! I just bought one a few months back and did a few mods to it was just wondering if you ever felt a front end wobble at 70+mph? I started to feel the front end wobble pretty bad the other day

I have been reading your posts on the JRI shocks you got from Howard. I have read everything I can on these shocks and have spoken with Howard several times but I must admit I still think something is still not right. I would really like to speak with someone who has gone down this road. I have the 12" shocks with the sweep valve. When first installed the tie wrap went all the way to the bottom and the shocks felt like they were bottoming. I called Howard and asked him if I should add more preload on the springs and he said adjust the sweep valve . He said turn it one click. I turned it two on each shock. The tie wrap ended up about 1" above the bump stop. I am confused by the fact that I read you guys talking about being at 15,16,17 clicks and he told me to start at 1. As I said I'd really like to speak with someone who has done this. Howard will be in Daytona for the next couple of days but like I said I'd like to speak with an average guy. If its okay with you to have a real conversation I'll PM my Phone # you can let me know a time that works for you.
Thanks for any help you can provide.

have a question about your LED headlight(s). Did you notice any difference good or bad between the Truck-Lite compared to the Harley Daymaker?

    Hey Train ,
I'm interested in getting a set of Intiminators for my 02 Wide Glide . Talked with Brian today who told me we have a coupon number we can use to obtain a 20% discount . Could you please direct me to that coupon .
    Thanks , Clement

    Hey Train,

How are you? My first H-D is the 2010 FLHTK in the same colors as yours.

Anyway, the reason for my mail is that I see you are running the RICOR rearshocks. Are you still liking them? For some of the reasons you point out I am leaning towards them over the Ohlins. Howard is a good guy, but the method of adjustment and price are steering me over to the the Ricors.

I weigh around 215 and have a 34 inch inseam. Two up with gear I am probably pushing 400#'s. As I live in Colorado, we will get out and do canyon rides quite often on the weekends, but I am also known to put a few miles in a short time. Just got back from a 1400 mile trip in 60 hours (Denver - Yellowstone - Denver).

In light of that, would you have recommend the Touring setup over the Sport setup?

    You thoughts would be appreciated!

    Cheers,

    Paddy Boy
