Hey Mate, just saw your message today, so a big howdy to ya. Anyrate on my pipe, you got the same pipe I do the lsr 2-1, blackhole, it's about an inch bigger in diameter I think than the regular louder lsr 2-1. I haven't had any problems with mine, I can say I haven't been carving the twisties really, but I've tried to a little to throw her a little lower in the turns to experiment and as of yet, no scraping. I actually thought it might sit a tad higher than some of the other popular 2-1's like the thunderheader. Have you done any rear end work like different tire, lowering the bike, stuff like that. You have an 05 mine is an 06, so I know the o2 sensor bungs are on mine and not yours what about the style, did you get the B or C style, wonder if that makes any difference. Your tire pressure up to snuff. You say the allen bolts on the outer cover, you talking about the metal decal that says RB racing, cause man that sucker is on the side of the muffler, and I'd think you'd darn near have to have that thing on it's side to scrape those bolts, ahahaha.
